Urban Initiative will serve as an “aftercare” program for ASCEND graduates who may lack a strong external support system. The initiative is designed to provide women of color with an ongoing platform where trauma-informed conversations continue beyond the initial program. This space will promote healing, connection, and sustain personal growth through culturally responsive and community-driven support.
